The Secumat® fixing and earth anchor system offers a comprehensive solution for effective erosion control on challenging terrains. Designed to complement Secumat® 3D Mesh products, this system ensures secure retention on steep gradients, stabilising embankments and slopes prone to erosion due to instability or lack of vegetation. The system includes the Secumat® PinU, a U-shaped steel pin measuring 23 cm in length and 3.5 mm in diameter, facilitating quick and easy installation with its pointed ends.

For more demanding applications, the Secumat® Anchor provides an earth anchor system that absorbs forces on the slope and transfers them to the subsoil, effectively securing trench and brook banks, infrastructure slopes, and technical construction projects. Secumat® PinU

Secumat® PinU is a U-shaped steel pin which is sturdy but easy to use. The steel has a diameter of ø 3,5mm and a length of 23cm.

This fixing is the perfect addition to areal Secumat® 3D Mesh erosion control mat. They allow erosion control products installed on flat surfaces to be fixed to the subsoil with minimum space requirements.

Secumat® Anchor

Secumat® Anchor is an earth anchor system for fixing areal Secumat® products, specifically Secumat® product combinations of 3D Mesh and geogrids. It absorbs forces on the slope and transfers them to the subsoil by anchoring them back into the ground. The earth anchor system comprises a set of four individual components. It locks in place using the toggle dowel principle in which the foot of the anchor is locked and tightened using the anchor wire. The load plate is then fixed in place by the wedge grip using the anchor wire. Secumat® Anchor effectively forms a cone of resistance in the soil and supports loads up to the load carrying capacity of the soil. The retaining forces are effective immediately.
